How/When do I upload my design?

After you place and pay for your order, you'll be able to upload your design through our website. Or, if you'd like, you can email an attachment or a link to download to [email protected], and one of our account managers will connect your artwork with your order. 

If you'd like us to take a look at your artwork beforehand to ensure it's set up properly for print, we can do that, too. Just send it to [email protected] with any questions you might have. 

Friendly reminders: it will be easiest for us to create your digital proof if your project is set up in our design templates and submitted as a print-ready PDF with bleeds included.

If we run into any issues setting up your artwork, we'll let you know what needs fixing. And once we have the final artwork that's ready to go, we'll create a digital proof for you to review and approve. Production begins once the proofs are approved.
