What are the Scout Books refund policies?
For custom Scout Books:
Full cash refunds or store credit are available for 30 days after the placement of a custom order, assuming no artwork has been submitted and no work has been completed on the order. After 30 days, refunds will be available in the form of store credit.
Partial refunds may be available for orders in various stages of production. A $100 fee will be taken out of the refund if the order is cancelled after proofing but before production. 50% of the order will be refunded if some printing has occurred but it has not passed into the next stage of production. Once the books are completed, no refunds will be available.
For retail Scout Books:
Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as the books are unused and in good condition to be resold. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the unused products back to Scout Books at this address:

Please let us know at [email protected] to expect your return, and include your original packing slip or a note that includes your order number. Once we have confirmed that the shipment has arrived and the books are in good condition, we will issue your refund.
